Advertising and Marketing Communications Consent

Acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and confirming my legal capacity, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27 July 2006 and Federal Law No. 38-FZ “On Advertising” dated 13 March 2006, I hereby give my consent to Individual Entrepreneur Anton Antonovich Tsalov, TIN 301808511415, OGRNIP 321302500039682, location: Russian Federation, Moscow, owner of the website https://atsoffice.ru, the web application https://app.atsoffice.ru and the email address support@atsoffice.ru, hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”, to process my personal data and to send me informational and advertising messages.

1. Purposes of Personal Data Processing and Message Delivery

1.1. The purpose of personal data processing and sending informational and advertising messages is to inform me about the activities, products, services, capabilities and updates of the ATS Office platform, including messages about available AI offices, modules, tariffs, pilot programs, special offers, events, materials, news, service changes, as well as offers of the Operator and its partners related to the ATS Office platform.

1.2. Advertising messages may contain information about the Operator’s products and services, new platform functions, special offers, promotions, events, educational and informational materials, partner offers and other information aimed at promoting the Operator’s goods, works and services.

1.3. Service notifications related to performance of an agreement, security, payment, operation of the personal account, changes to terms, technical support and functioning of the platform may be sent regardless of this consent if such notifications are necessary for performance of an agreement or compliance with legal requirements.

2. Communication Channels

2.1. This consent covers receiving informational and advertising messages through any communication channels and methods that I have provided to the Operator or selected when interacting with the Operator, including:

• email;
• push notifications;
• messages in the website, web application or personal account interface;
• SMS messages;
• phone calls;
• other communication methods used by the Operator for mailings and communication with users.

2.2. The Operator may choose the communication channel taking into account the contact details provided by me, the technical capabilities of the platform and the nature of the message.

3. Personal Data Covered by this Consent

3.1. This consent is given to the Operator for the processing of my personal data provided by me through the website, web application, application forms, registration forms, feedback forms, payment forms, pilot connection forms, personal account or by other means.

3.2. Such personal data may include:

• surname, name and patronymic;
• email address;
• phone number;
• organization name, project, field of activity, position or role;
• account information;
• information about selected products, tariffs, modules, pilot access or interest in the Operator’s services;
• technical data necessary to record consent, deliver messages, perform analytics and protect against abuse;
• other data that I independently provided to the Operator and that is necessary for informational or advertising mailings.

4. Actions with Personal Data

4.1. Personal data processing includes any actions necessary for the specified purposes, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data using automation tools or without using such tools.

4.2. I agree that third parties may be engaged to process personal data on behalf of the Operator, including providers of email, communication, analytics and technical services, provided that confidentiality and requirements of the personal data legislation of the Russian Federation are observed.

4.3. Personal data processing by the Operator is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Privacy Policy published at https://atsoffice.ru/en/privacy and the Public Offer published at https://atsoffice.ru/en/terms.

5. Withdrawal of Consent and Unsubscribing

5.1. I am informed that this consent may be withdrawn by me at any time at my discretion.

5.2. The Operator provides the possibility to refuse further receipt of advertising mailings in one of the following ways:

• following a special “Unsubscribe” link in an email message, if such link is provided by the message format;
• using the relevant unsubscribe function in the website, web application or personal account interface, if such function is available;
• sending a request to the Operator’s email address support@atsoffice.ru requesting refusal of mailings;
• another method specified in a specific message or on the Operator’s website.

5.3. After receiving a notification of consent withdrawal, the Operator stops processing personal data and sending informational and advertising messages to me within the time necessary to technically process the request, except in cases where processing may continue on other lawful grounds provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.4. Withdrawal of consent to advertising mailings does not affect the lawfulness of personal data processing carried out before the withdrawal and does not stop receipt of service notifications necessary for performance of an agreement, platform operation, security, payment, support or compliance with legal requirements.

6. Term of Consent

6.1. This consent is indefinite and remains valid until it is withdrawn by me as the personal data subject.

6.2. The Operator stops processing personal data on the basis of consent withdrawal in the manner provided by this document, except where processing may continue on other lawful grounds provided by Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” or other provisions of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7. Electronic Form of Consent

7.1. I agree that providing this consent in electronic form, including by checking a checkbox, clicking a consent button on the website, submitting a form, registering, subscribing, entering an email address, starting to use the relevant function or performing other similar actions, does not require my handwritten signature.

7.2. This consent is recognized as my written consent to personal data processing and receipt of advertising, given in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and Part 1 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ “On Advertising”.
