Personal Data Processing Consent

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy between the Russian and English versions, the Russian version shall prevail.

Acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, confirming my legal capacity, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27 July 2006, I hereby give my consent to Individual Entrepreneur Anton Antonovich Tsalov, TIN 301808511415, OGRNIP 321302500039682, location: Russian Federation, Moscow, email address: support@atsoffice.ru, hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”, to process my personal data provided through the website https://atsoffice.ru, the web application https://app.atsoffice.ru, application forms, registration forms, feedback forms, payment forms, pilot connection forms, personal account or other interfaces of the ATS Office platform, under the following terms.

1. Scope of Personal Data

1.1. This consent applies to the following categories of personal data that do not belong to special or biometric categories:

• surname, name and patronymic;
• email address;
• phone number;
• organization name, project, field of activity, position or role;
• account information;
• information about the selected tariff, package, module, pilot access or connection terms;
• information about payments, invoices, documents and settlements;
• content of applications, inquiries, messages and other correspondence with the Operator;
• data, materials and information that I transfer to the platform when using it;
• settings of the personal account, AI offices, modules and workflows;
• platform usage results;
• technical data necessary for operation of the website, platform and security: network address, browser data, device data, operating system data, cookies, access date and time, referral source, session data, action logs;
• other information that I independently provide to the Operator when using the website, platform, forms, personal account or support service.

1.2. I confirm that I must not transfer personal data of third parties to the Operator without a legal basis.

2. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

2.1. My personal data is processed by the Operator for the following purposes:

• registration and maintenance of an account;
• processing an application for connection, pilot access, demonstration, consultation or feedback;
• conclusion and performance of an agreement;
• providing access to the website, web application, personal account, AI offices, modules and other platform functions;
• configuring and supporting access to the platform;
• processing user materials within platform functions;
• generating platform work results;
• technical support;
• sending service notifications related to platform operation, the agreement, payment, security, updates and support;
• receiving and processing payments;
• preparing accounting, tax and other mandatory documents;
• ensuring security, logging, preventing abuse and protecting infrastructure;
• analyzing website and platform operation, including the use of Yandex Metrica and cookies;
• improving the quality of the website, platform and user experience;
• complying with requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2.2. Marketing messages are sent only with separate consent, if such consent is required by law.

3. Methods of Personal Data Processing

3.1. My personal data may be processed using automation tools and without using such tools.

3.2. In the course of processing, the Operator may perform actions with personal data necessary to achieve the specified purposes, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction.

3.3. Processing may be carried out in electronic information systems and, where necessary, on paper.

4. Communication with the User

4.1. Within the specified purposes, the Operator may contact me by email, phone, messages in the platform interface, notifications in the personal account, messages through website forms and other communication channels specified on the website or selected by me when interacting with the Operator.

4.2. Such messages may relate to registration, access, platform operation, security, payment, documents, technical support, changes to terms, updates and performance of the agreement.

5. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

5.1. The Operator may transfer my personal data to third parties only to the extent necessary to achieve processing purposes, perform the agreement, operate the platform, process payments, provide technical support, ensure security, conduct analytics and comply with legal requirements.

5.2. Such parties may include:

• hosting and technical infrastructure providers;
• email and communication service providers;
• payment services, banks and other payment participants;
• analytics services, including Yandex Metrica;
• providers of artificial intelligence technologies and automated data processing;
• contractors providing technical support, maintenance, security and platform operation;
• government authorities in cases provided by law.

5.3. The Operator takes measures to ensure that persons receiving access to personal data maintain confidentiality and comply with the personal data legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. Use of AI Functions

6.1. I am informed that the platform may include functions using artificial intelligence technologies, automated data processing, generation of texts, images, scripts, reports, recommendations, analytical materials and other results.

6.2. When using such functions, my requests, user materials, module settings, history of actions in the platform and processing results may be processed.

6.3. I understand that results of AI functions are informational and auxiliary in nature, require independent verification and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting, human resources or other professional advice.

6.4. Automated processing in the platform is not intended to make legally significant decisions regarding me without human participation.

6.5. If individual functions require additional consent, notification or configuration, such terms may be communicated to me on the website, in the platform interface or in a separate document.

7. Cookies and Analytics

7.1. I am informed that the website may use cookies to ensure website operation, save settings, analyze traffic, improve service quality and protect against abuse.

7.2. The website may use Yandex Metrica to collect visit statistics. Technical data may be processed, including network address, browser data, device data, access time, referral source, information about actions on the website and cookies.

7.3. I may restrict or disable cookies in browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit certain functions of the website or platform.

8. Consent Term and Withdrawal Procedure

8.1. This consent is valid from the moment I provide my personal data to the Operator and remains valid until the processing purposes are achieved, storage periods established by the legislation of the Russian Federation expire, the agreement is terminated or consent is withdrawn, unless otherwise provided by law.

8.2. The date of consent is the date of sending a form, registration, submitting an application, checking the consent box, starting to use the platform or performing another action confirming consent to personal data processing.

8.3. I am informed that I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a request to the Operator’s email address: support@atsoffice.ru.

8.4. After receiving the withdrawal, the Operator stops processing my personal data within the period provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation, except where continued processing is permitted without the consent of the personal data subject.

8.5. Withdrawal of consent may make it impossible to further provide certain functions of the website, platform, personal account or services if such functions are impossible without processing the relevant data.

9. Processing of Data of Citizens of Other States

9.1. This consent applies to processing of personal data of users of the website and platform to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9.2. Main personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

9.3. If the use of individual functions, service providers or technologies requires transfer of data outside the Russian Federation, the Operator complies with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on cross-border transfer of personal data.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. This consent is made in Russian in a form understandable to the user. This English version is provided for convenience.

10.2. Continued use of the website, submission of a form, registration, checking the box accepting the terms of this consent, receiving access to the platform or using the personal account means that the user has read this document and gives consent to personal data processing under the specified terms.
